Chief Customer Success Officer

Julia Lakeland is uMotif’s Chief Customer Success Officer. In this leadership role, she is responsible for creating the vision of what success embodies for our customers, communicating that vision across our organization, and ensuring its execution.

With over 25 years of experience in delivering technical clinical trial solutions to the life sciences industry, Julia has spent 15 years building and leading global client operational delivery and support teams for Phase III/IV clinical trials. Her extensive expertise spans a wide range of clinical technology systems, including IRT, EDC, CTMS, eCOA, logistics, and digitalization. Complementing her operational experience, Julia also has 10 years of experience in product management, positioning her uniquely to drive the company’s Customer Success strategy.

A proven business leader, Julia is known for her thought leadership on emerging market trends and her ability to lead global teams effectively. She is deeply passionate about improving the user experience in clinical trials and delivering products and services that enable the rapid and safe introduction of new treatments to market.
