Increase Trial Awareness

Sites are busy, with little time for outreach to HCPs about your trial. uMotif builds trial visibility among HCPs with potentially eligible patients.

uMotif is an awareness generator for your clinical trial.
Our approach is simple and effective.

A laptop and an iPad screen side-by-side showing the uMotif “Referring Specialists” interface. The laptop on the left displays “201 Referring Specialists” above a city map peppered with dark and green pins and a table listing specialties (Oncologist 127, Cardiologist 63, General Surgeon 4, ENT 3). The iPad on the right shows a zoomed-in map titled “Referring Specialists,” a legend identifying green “Site” pins versus dark “Specialist” pins, a mini table (Oncology 4, Cardiologist 3, General Surgeon 3), and a pop-up card for “Dr. Jones – Oncology” with address details and “+ Add to list” and “Contact” buttons.

Ensure Reach, Frequency, and Consistent Messaging

uMotif provides targeted awareness among our HCP network through a bi-weekly newsletter highlighting information that physicians care about:

  • Goals of the study
  • I/E criteria
  • Distance to nearby enrolling sites, and more.

We then guide HCPs to a study-specific landing page, and provide an easy way to request more information about the study.

HCPs tell us that they value our messages because each communication is relevant and personalized, from a trusted source with straightforward calls to action.

Keep your Trial Top of Mind

Activating local HCP communities can have a significant impact on awareness, while leading to increased activity including referrals, screenings, and potential enrollments. It also encourages peer-to-peer conversations among providers, sites, and key opinion leaders about your study.

HCPs have exclusive access to huge patient pools (who largely trust their recommendations), enabling your trial information to gain exponential exposure to potential participants each year – at a fraction of the cost and time.

Two healthcare workers sit at a desk in a bright office. On the right, a male nurse in navy scrubs smiles broadly as he types on a keyboard. On the left, a female colleague in light blue scrubs, hair clipped back, holds a pen and faces him. Behind them are a printer, binders, paperwork and a potted plant on a shelf.
