Partnership with Picker Institute, using patient experience to reduce readmissions

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with the Picker Institute – the leading charity improving healthcare through measurement of experience.

Our new collaboration starts with a post-discharge readmissions reduction application for hospitals and providers. By measuring patients’ experience and their critical first 30 days after discharge, we aim to reduce the number of unnecessary readmissions – which cost the NHS £1.6 billion per annum.

This exciting new collaboration can have a huge impact on service delivery, help healthcare organisations to capture more data to drive improvement, and better support patients to improve their experience of care.
