Jenn Allsbrook is Vice President, Customer Success, North America at uMotif, where she leads customer success, strategic client partnerships, and service delivery across the company’s North American customer portfolio. She is passionate about helping sponsors and CROs maximize the value of digital clinical technologies while delivering exceptional experiences for patients, sites, and study teams.
Jenn brings more than 15 years of experience across clinical research, decentralized trials, eCOA/ePRO, digital health, and healthcare technology. Prior to joining uMotif, she held positions at Impiricus, Studion, and Medable, where she partnered with pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations to deliver complex technology solutions, build high-performing teams, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for aligning customer strategy, operational excellence, and positive team morale to drive measurable business outcomes.
When she’s not working, Jenn enjoys traveling with her children and exploring new places. She’s equally happy with a historical fiction novel or a fun beach read in hand, and loves taking long walks with her border collie/cattle dog rescue, Cara.
